Orders

All orders are confirmed by a florist. We may contact you to clarify details and availability.

Payment

Online payment (the florist will contact you) and payment on delivery are available.

Delivery

Delivery time and cost depend on the zone and are shown at checkout. Pickup is possible.

Returns

If the bouquet doesn't match the order, contact us on the delivery day — we'll resolve it.

Living product, returns and exchange

Flowers are a living product. The relationship between the Customer and the Seller is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Under the RF Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights” No. 2300-1 (07.02.1992) and RF Government Decree No. 55 (19.01.1998), cut flowers and potted plants are not subject to return or exchange (they are on the list of quality non-food goods that cannot be returned or exchanged).

Refusal on delivery

The buyer may refuse the goods at the moment of delivery if goods of inadequate quality are delivered (under cl. 3 art. 497 of the Civil Code of the RF and art. 21 of the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”).

Appearance of arrangements

Sample works shown on the site are possible variants. Each arrangement is unique and may differ in appearance, size and shades. Substitutions in assortment and composition are possible depending on season and availability. The final order may differ slightly from the illustration; nevertheless each arrangement is made from fresh flowers, and florists do their best to match the colour and shape as closely as possible.
